*SIXTEENTH REVIEW*
NAME- LOVE UNEXPECTED
AUTHOR- RITU KAKAR
RATING- 10/10
It just took 1 day to complete this mesmerising novel. Expecting those who read this review would also buy and read this exciting and cheerful book...... Love is the most complicated feeling in the world. It has the power to break you and heal you at the same time.
This book runs on the message of love is pure; people make it complicated. This is Kaira’s story and it comes with an emotionally heavy past.
Kaira is an independent, fiesta and driven girl, but one who is still haunted by her past. She’s the baby of her family. She wishes to open a cage library(doesn’t everyone?). She meets Aveer, an entrepreneur seeking expansion. He’s strong minded and successful. They find a strange chemistry between them but one which is haunted by Kaira’s past. Can she let go of her demons and accept happiness?
The effort that the author has put in to build the entire story is clearly visible. There is equal importance given to every character. The language is simple and the storyline is pretty engaging. The first few chapters were, however, a bit slow. The banter between siblings is very realistic and enjoyable. I really liked the cover page. I do wish that the book had Aveer’s point of view too in some places. The book is a breezy romance and is quite a fabulous read. The title is a great pick because I think that love comes to you in unexpected ways and you’re never really aware of it. The story is well structured and the background revelations of the characters are done in a way, that nothing is lacking.
