Afsaane by Ameya Bondre is a magnificent collection of stories. The book has 11 short stories and each one of them is very unique. The stories talk about hope, friendship, family etc. Each story is heart touching and really interesting. The author has narrated all the stories in a very precise manner and all of them are written nicely and to the point. We can definitely read some of the stories more than once. All the stories are fast paced and really good! Every story has something to teach. The author has put wonderful efforts to cover so many important things in less number of pages. This book didn't let me down throughout, and it kept me hooked till the very last page. I am really fond of the author's writing style and look forward to read more books by him. Overall, it was a very nice experience for me to read this book. I'm quite sure that you'll get something out of these short stories. It is a nice book from all dimensions and should be read once. This book is also recommended to beginners for its easy language.
