HR Superstar is an amazing non-fiction book written by Shridhar Ganesh. 

Basically, it is an exciting guiding book for HR practice. The book contains the major principles on why one makes a choice for HR profession, how it starts and how it flourishes step by step. The main objective of the author through this book is to give a brief discourse of the career track, its fallings, ambitions and then rising up yet again within the framework of being an HR. An HR is responsible for many tasks in a company which include, recruiting and interviewing employees. I gained a lot of knowledge from this book and learnt leadership skills. The author definitely needs appreciation for penning this magnificent book down. Some quotes given in the book were like icing on the cake as they help to reflect our ideas. The language used by the author is very lucid and really very easy to understand.

Overall, it is a nice book and I would recommend this book to all the professionals out there. I am pretty sure that you will enjoy reading this book.
