This is the first book of AHAM trilogy. It is a wonderful work of mythological fiction and thriller based on the creation of universe by three almighty spirits. There were always clashes between demons and devs; good and evil as depicted in our ancient scriptures and epics. The book narrates that beautifully in a different way. There are different clans comprising spirits, demons, dayans, djinns, humans, evils, etc. One of them is a clan named Rekhtys who fights against secret race of demons, dayanas and djinns to save human creatures. The clashes and war to save human race is depicted with a lot of twists and thrill.
Main characters: Demon princess Vaanee who is ready to go to any extent to seek revenge for her sister. Rwiju, a rekhty solider who is almost resistant any magic, there is some secret about his past that can change the upcoming war. Avni, a rekhty teacher and solider who has a great responsibility in the war to come.
The writing is great, author has used various characters as narrator in different chapters which makes it an interesting read.
