If you are a bibliophile and searching the internet for book suggestionfrom last few hours, but still not able to get the book YOU want then you are at right place. Today I will be sharing my favorite reads and I hope they too appeal your taste. Basically I am more into fiction and poetry but in the last few months, basically the quarantineperiod made me to read non-fiction (as am not able to order new books and am not into eBooks also) and I was shocked to witness this genre as non-fiction is also interesting so I decided to let you guys know, maybe you too are beginners just like me.So let’s begin….And the first book in the list which is my current favorite is…
1. Power of subconscious Mind by Dr Joseph Murphy
If you are not so much in non-fiction and want a head start, then you guys love this book. Power of Subconscious Mind is not only a interesting but also a fruitful read. I felt amazing how author has explained the power of our mind and how we can harnesses it’s full power. Author has minutely explained the things in very easy language and avoided jargons in order to make it a read for every age group. It is one of the bestseller, and I will say it’s a must read.
2. Small Acts of Freedom by Gurmehar Kaur
Small acts of freedom is an autobiography of a Kargil martyr’s daughter. Gurmehar has explained her life and how she felt when his father died. Books that are related to defence is my personal favorite category in non-fiction because of my family background, as my father was in Air Force. I suggest it to those who want to explore the life in armed forces.
3. Shoot, Dive, Fly: Stories of grit and adventure by Indian Army by Rachna Bisht Rawat
As the title suggests; it’s about the Indian Army. It is for those who wanted to make their career in army. It’s very close to my heart and I will suggest you to read it for sure.
4. The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand
Ayn Rand’s creations are must read. The Fountainhead is a classic, so if you are fan of classics give it a read.
5. Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell
It’s my current read but even the start made me spellbound. It is also a classic. Those who are into classic what what are you waiting for, go and make this book the crown of your bookshelf.
These are the five top reads of mine. Soon I will back with some more suggestion.
Stay home. Stay safe.
